A modular and highly versatile addition to the MENA range, MENA Building 3 is designed to bring flexibility, depth, and character to your tabletop. Whether you're building a bustling street of low-level shops or towering apartment blocks, this set gives you the freedom to shape your board exactly how you want it.

The lower floor is designed as a commercial space—ideal for shops, market stalls, or garages—and comes in four distinct variations to give each build a unique identity. Stack the included upper apartment level as many times as needed to create multi-storey buildings, each featuring a balcony option that can be printed with or without arched detail to match your preferred aesthetic.

A rear stairwell module can be added or omitted, offering even more layout options. The kit also includes three roof variations, allowing you to cap your structures differently based on whether you're going for a simple single-storey shopfront or a dense apartment block. For even more variety, the set includes low-level roof options so you can print compact commercial units or standalone garages.

To enhance the realism and storytelling of your table, MENA Building 3 also comes with:
